What a fantastic day to Whitehaven we had mid Sept. 08 with George
& crew. I spent most of my time in the bow while wife & 2
teenage girls were at the stern. So good we went to Blue Pearl next
day. Even saw some whales. Thanks to George & his crew.

My husband and I would like to thank the crew of the Maxi Ragamuffin -
we went to Blue Pearl Bay in April as part of our honeymoon and it was
definitely the highlight of the trip!! We had heaps of fun snorkelling
and sailing - the weather was even fantastic!! All the best - Warren

Just wanted to say today was a great day. The best snorkeling around!
The ladies made the day a bonus as well as the skipper. I will tell
all my friends to look you up if they are ever in the area. Thanks

I have been visiting freinds in Airlie for a number of years, I have
been out on Ragamuffin a total of 4 times. It doesn't do it justice to
say I'm not bored of the idea. I have the time of my life each time I
sail with the great team. Any one who visits the area must experience
the fun of doing a day trip on Ragamuffin. It is a credit to the team
that you create such a fun, stress free trip. Thank you and I look
forward to trip number 5.

We did the Whitehaven sail on Sunday the 12th Oct 08, and not only
enjoyed the sail, but also the hospitality so much we went back again
on Friday the 17th to Blue Pearl Bay. Wendy in the office was a real
character, when I checked my initial account with her she helped me out
(mere male that I am), and suggested George the skipper may let me at
the helm. This did eventuate on the return from Blue Pearl, WHAT A
THRILL on this magnificent maxi.
George, your very attentive crew, Kim, Hayley and co are a credit to
you and Ragamuffin.

To the wonderful people at Ragamuffin,
I went out on 20th Oct for a famil trip to blue pearl bay. I have to
say, you guy's rock. Your customer service is second to none. Your team
were all great fun, really interactive with the guests, and they went
out of thier way to ensure that all on board had great day. The sun
cream hand out was the cream on the cake. It shows you really care
about your guests.. I want to extend a warm thanks to Janine ( I know i
have spelt that wrong) for the intro dive.. It was amazing. I WILL
definatley be recomending that as an add on..She was great with all the
divers, taking her time and she was very patient. Being lead around by
her made the first dive of my life very enjoyable as i trusted her
ability and felt comfortable that i was safe.. Even the bus ride to
the marina and home was made enjoyable by Jim the driver. His whit and
sense of humor were a blessing espessially at 8.00am. He to is a credit
to the day as he made it start really well, so thank him..
So in conclusion the over all day was A1 from the very begining to the very end.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to experience your company. I
will highly recomend it to all who wish for an awsome day sailing.

Hi all the fantastic crew on maxi rags,
George Rainman Kimmy (look at Moi) Anitta and Paul.
We went out on friday the 10th of october 2008. it would have had to have been one of the best days in our lives.
We are the UNINCREDIBLES, nothing like an ill fitting super hero
outfit. and we are nothing like superheros. All the crew on maxi rags
made the day, with there brilliant senses of humour especially to put
up with us. We will definitely be going back for a sail when we next
terrorize airlie beach.Remember Kimmy we still have a mutiny to take
over maxi rags from George.Will send some photos of the UNINCREDABLES
soon.Once again thank you all for the best day out We highly recommend
Maxi Rags and crew to any one who wants a great day.
PS We want the super heros suits.

I have a physical disability.
I would like to extend my very sincere thanks for all the help your staff gave me
when I booked and on the trip itself.
Your staff are very professional and sincere and you should be congratulated.
They did so much to assist me.
I am gladly telling people about your excellent service.
I hope to one day go on another trip.

A note for skipper
George and the crew and the organisation behind the boat. You guys have the best organised, relaxing,
fun, professional thing that I have done in Australia. As a professional tour
operator myself I will be taking your attitudes and easy going style home with
me to England.

I would just like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for our trip on Sunday.
We had a fabulous time. It has been 12 years since we have been on
Maxi Ragamuffin and I must say the boat looks brand new. The staff
were WONDERFUL. The day was just superb and we are busy telling
everyone about the trip! Thank you so much again Wendy, you have a
wonderful product.

I just wanted to thank you all for the manner in which you conducted a
cruise we took on Maxi Ragamuffin back in April. I thought the skipper
and his crew were most professional and very helpful to first time
'sailors' and made the cruise a truly enjoyable experience.

Just a quick note to say thank you. We have just finished a working
travelling trip around Australia - 4 years in total. In the beginning
we travelled though Airlie Beach and went out on Maxi Ragamuffin.
George was the Skipper and we had the best day ever which we never
forgot and talked about constantly. 4 years later we came back to
Airlie Beach and had to go out again. Unbelievable, George was still
there with his lovely crew. They all helped us once again to have a
fantastic day. Your crew, compared with other trips we have done, are
amazing. I do not know if it comes from your training but keep it up.
It was great to watch the operation work, skipper with respect for crew
and crew who respect their skipper. Thank you once again.

With only 2 full days at our disposal we first went on a big cat to the
outer reef and were rather disappointed. Then we chose a smaller
boat - Maxi Ragamuffin- and had the most fantastic day. This day
really gave us our sense of 'holiday' (and we got home at a decent hour
at the end of the day). With really personalised, helpful service, I
managed to snorkel 1.5 hrs while my 6 year old happily fed fish in the
dinghy with "Mr Ray", and spotted sea eagles and possums. George, our
skipper, had great stories to tell and we enjoyed the banter between
staff and guests. We can't wait to come back so we can do the Blue
Pearl Bay snorkel trip again (and do the Whitehaven trip too) - not
just because there is plenty of coral (and nice fish too!), but because
we want another day sailing on Maxi Ragamuffin !

Just wanted to let you kow that we all had a really great day out on
Ragamuffin. My son had a great time too, snorkelling and helping with
the wind in the sails etc. Loved the sailing and the crew were
friendly, fun and professional. So a big THANK YOU!

I've been out and had the most excellent day ever. Perfect Day, the
best friendliest crew Mick, Kate, Clayton, Anita, Imogen and Helen went
out of their way to give us a fantastic adventure. Dolphins joined us
en route , snorkeling was great, lunch was great, vodkas nice and cold
on the way back. They put the spinnika up and we sailed on our way
back. Bought a couple of shirts to remind me of the day (not that I'll
ever forget it) and friendly Jim dropped us back at our doorstep.
Please pass on to management from our first email to our drop off was
truly excellent.

Pete and I would like to thank you for a wonderful day we had on Sunday
20 April. Our English friends still can't stop talking about how
enjoyable it was. This is the 2nd time we have been on it and we will
definitely be going on it again.
